Contract scope includes program and project management, requirements management, application architecture support, application design and development, testing, business process reengineering, release management, and support for new and evolving technologies.

California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) CMAS offers a wide variety of commodities, non-IT services, and information technology products and services at prices which have been assessed to be fair, reasonable, and competitive. Suppliers may apply for a CMAS contract anytime, and no bids are required. The use of these contracts is optional and is available to both California State and Local Government agencies.
CalPERS Spring Fed Pool The Spring-Fed Pool process was established to ensure the best interests of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) members and beneficiaries. A Spring-Fed Pool offers CalPERS flexibility in awarding contracts to several contractors who meet the contract award criteria in solicitations. A Spring-Fed Pool has the flexibility to award as many contracts as necessary so that CalPERS can select contractors to perform projects or services. In addition CalPERS may seek to add potential contractors to the pool periodically.
LA County Information Technology Support Services Master Agreement (ITSSMA) Master Agreements are utilized when the County desires a list of pre-qualified vendors to perform various services, on an as-needed basis. Vendors have the opportunity to submit their qualifications through a solicitation process, Request for Statement of Qualification (RFSQ). Vendors who meet the minimum qualifications identified in the RFSQ and accept the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement become County contractors for the Master Agreement in the specific category and MA for which they qualified.
